Never back down. We are not objects to be controlled by people in government or people anywhere, for that matter. We must collectively refuse to take no for an answer. We are not the property of men.
The days of bra burning and flower crowns are over. It's time to fuck shit up until we are fully recognized, entirely respected, and constitutionally protected, under the law.

Men never intended for women to be part of that equation. We were intentionally excluded from the Constitution...and then, more than a century ago, the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) was written.
As of January 27th, 2020, the ERA has been wholly, constitutionally ratified. The time for the ERA to be published is NOW.

Hard Pills to Swallow
What's the ERA?

The Equal Rights Amendment was originally drafted in 1923 by Alice Paul and states that “Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of sex.”

Women Don't Have Rights

Some of us knew this was coming and have been fighting behind the scenes, for decades, to prevent it - By ratifying the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA)
Some of us were born into this window of time thinking we did have rights and bodily autonomy. Since this decision, we are left stunned, shocked and terrified. Others are still trying to merely process this reality.

But all of us have woken up to the fact that our sex isn't valued as whole persons, under the law.

All MEN are created equal. Women were never considered worthy of equal standing.
On June 24th, 2022, SCOTUS overturned Roe v. Wade with their Dobbs Decision.

"The Constitution does not confer a right to abortion; Roe v. Wade, 410 U. S. 113, and Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pa. v. Casey, 505 U. S. 833, are overruled; the authority to regulate abortion is returned to the people and their elected representatives."

"The Constitution does not confer a right [to a uterus, female autonomy or any actual protected Constitutional rights for women... aside from the vote].."
What Can We Do?
Demand that Joe Biden stops blocking publication of the ERA. All he has to do is make a simple as a phone call. The only reason he has not to do this is fundraising and votes. We have funded and voted for decades. The bill has come due for the Democrats to pay it forward. Let them know - #NotOneDime #NotOneVote until you #PublishERA!
Taking Action
Use the info below to call and blast on Social Media - not once, not twice, relentlessly. Post videos. Inundate the world of social media with your anger, thoughts and demands for equality through ERA publication. For those of us able? Take to the streets. Camp out at the steps of the SCOTUS, the White House, The National Archives - Do not allow D.C. to conduct business as usual - or the rest of the country, for that matter - until we are given what we deserve; full equality, under the Constitution, and protection from sex discrimination by our government.
